Terms & conditions

What Numi is

Numi is a tool that analyzes your business's income, costs and expenses and gives you a diagnosis and recommendations. By creating an account or using Numi you accept these terms.

Your account

You must be of legal age and provide a real email. You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account; if you share it, that's your decision.

How it works and its limits

Numi's calculations (margins, break-even point, cash flow and more) use standard financial formulas on the data you upload, so they depend on that data being complete and correct. AI helps explain them and propose classifications that you confirm. Numi does not replace your accountant or provide tax or legal advice: for returns, taxes and legal decisions, consult a professional. The decisions you make are yours.

Plans and payments

There is a Free plan and paid plans (Essential and Pro); prices and limits are on the Pricing page. New users get 14 days of Pro with no card; when it ends, you stay on Free unless you choose a paid plan. Payments are processed by Stripe and charged at the start of each subscription period. If we change prices, we'll tell you beforehand and they apply from your next charge.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. You stop paying from the next period and keep your plan until the period you already paid ends. There are no refunds for what has already been charged. If a charge was our mistake, we'll fix it.

Your data

Your data is yours. We only use what is needed to provide the service, as the Privacy notice explains, and you can ask us to delete your account at any time. You are responsible for having the right to upload the information you provide.

Acceptable use

Don't use Numi for illegal activities, to try to access other people's accounts, to overload or breach the service, or to abuse free trials (for example, by creating accounts to repeat the trial). We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Numi running, but we can't guarantee it will never fail: there may be interruptions or errors. Numi helps you decide, but we are not responsible for losses that result from decisions you make based on the analysis. All of this applies to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is important, we'll tell you by email or in the app; continuing to use Numi afterwards means you accept it.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and, for any dispute, by the courts of Chihuahua, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer before PROFECO. Questions: contact@meetnumi.com.
