Who is responsible
Numi, based in Chihuahua, Mexico. For any question about your data, write to contact@meetnumi.com.
What data we store
Your email and your password (stored encrypted). Your business data: name, type, currency and the transactions you upload or enter (date, amount, description, category, customer or supplier), your inventory if you use it, and your conversations with the Doctor. Your plan and your Stripe subscription identifiers. For AI we only store usage figures (tokens and duration), never the text of your questions or the answers.
What we use it for
To provide the service (analysis, the Doctor, prescriptions, alerts), charge for your plan, send you service emails (for example, to reset your password) and protect accounts from abuse. We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising and we don't train models on it.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that process it for us: Vercel (hosting), a managed database provider, Stripe (payments; Numi never receives or stores your card number), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI: it receives the description of your transactions to classify them and, in the Doctor, a summary of your analysis with figures, your business name, the names of your main customers, suppliers and products, and your latest messages with the Doctor; not your email) and Google, only if you connect Google Sheets (we only access the sheets you choose).
Cookies
We only use essential cookies: the one that keeps you signed in, the one that remembers your theme preference (light or dark), the ones that remember your active business and the demo you picked, and a temporary one when you connect Google. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don't track you across other sites. Stripe may use its own on its payment screen.
Your IP address
We use it only to limit abusive sign-in attempts and sign-ups, and we automatically delete it after a month.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it or object to its use. Write to contact@meetnumi.com. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your businesses, transactions and conversations. We keep a minimal record of your subscription (without your business data or your email) for billing obligations and to prevent abuse of the free trial; Stripe also keeps its own records as required by law.
